Rendeavour is seeking a visionary Senior Lifecycle Manager - a strategic and hands-on professional to lead how we engage, activate, and grow customer value over time. The Senior Lifecycle Manager will design and deliver high-impact, datadriven journeys that increase customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and power our next wave of sustainable growth.al. The professional will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, call center, and growth teams - and play a key role in building Rendeavour’s portfolio management capabilities. Responsibilities Own and evolve our full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy: onboarding, engagement, upsell, reactivation, win-back, and loyalty; Build high-impact journeys across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, and telesales -mapped to behavior, risk profile, and product use; Design segmentation and targeting logic that supports personalization at scale, including personabased, behavioral, and predictive models; Deploy AI-powered automation for real-time triggers, churn risk scoring, upsell modeling, and dynamic content delivery; Optimize customer journeys through experimentation (A/B, multivariate, holdout groups) with a focus on LTV
