IT Infrastructure Engineer

-Assemble, install, and test server equipment to ensure proper system functionality and performance.-Install server racks and cabling for servers, storage, and network equipment.-Maintain servers, storage, and network devices, including routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.-Diagnose hardware failures and replace components as required.-Update BIOS, BMC, and firmware according to technical requirements and maintenance procedures.-Support on-site installation, maintenance, and repair activities at customer locations.-Create and maintain maintenance records, service reports, and failure analysis reports.

Qualifications

Male - Female
Age range: 25-40 years old
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge of servers, storage, network hardware, rack installation, cabling, or data center operations is preferred.
Experience in server, storage, or network equipment installation and maintenance, or hardware troubleshooting is preferred.
Experience with BIOS, BMC, firmware updates, hardware diagnostics, or component replacement is an advantage.
Good command of English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Good troubleshooting, hardware diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow technical procedures and maintain service records.
Strong sense of responsibility, service-minded attitude, and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills for working with customers and internal teams.
