The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design, typography, layout, and digital production. Collaborating with the Brand team and marketing partners, this role contributes ideas across a wide range of digital channels while following established brand guidelines and creative frameworks.\nOBJECTIVES OF ROLE:\nSupport the creative team across a range of digital marketing projects and campaigns for all of Tauck’s brands\nDesign and adapt digital assets while maintaining consistency with established brand standards\nSupport ongoing campaign production, including resizing, versioning, and adapting existing creative across audiences, formats, and placements\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesigns, builds, and QA’s marketing emails, adapting established templates and design system components while ensuring responsive layouts and brand consistency\nCreates web banners and digital advertising assets, adapting creative across sizes, formats, and placements\nSupports website content production by creating and updating itinerary-related imagery and graphics\nCreates and adapts assets for organic and paid social media\nCollaborates with designers, marketing partners, and cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts and campaign deliverables\nPrepares, organizes, and uploads final assets to appropriate content management and marketing platforms\nIncorporates feedback and revisions while maintaining brand standards and meeting project deadlines\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:\n2-3 years of professional design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant digital design skills\nStrong foundation in typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy\nProficiency with Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with writers, designers, and the team\nFamiliar with animation and motion design tools and techniques\nBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus\nExperience working with content management system (CMS) platforms is a plus\nInterest in continuing to develop skills across digital design, technology, and emerging creative tools\nBachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related design
