Summary :\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Release Manager to lead the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of technology releases across a complex mortgage servicing and lending ecosystem.\n\nThis individual will serve as the central point of orchestration between Technology, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Vendors, and Business stakeholders to ensure releases are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal business risk.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nEnterprise Release Governance :\n\n- Lead end-to-end release planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution across multiple technology portfolios.\n\n- Establish and enforce release management standards, policies, procedures, and controls.\n\n- Govern release calendars and enterprise deployment schedules to minimize production risk and business disruption.\n\n- Drive release readiness reviews and go/no-go decision processes.\n\n- Ensure alignment between Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery processes.\n\nMortgage Technology Delivery :\n\n- Coordinate releases supporting mortgage origination, servicing, customer portals, mobile applications, integrations, regulatory platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.\n\n- Assess release impacts across business services, applications, APIs, data flows, and dependent systems.\n\n- Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategic initiatives.\n\nRisk & Operational Readiness :\n\n- Identify release risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation strategies.\n\n- Validate deployment readiness including testing completion, rollback plans, support readiness, monitoring capabilities, disaster recovery considerations, and vendor dependencies.\n\n- Facilitate post-release reviews and drive lessons learned activities.\n\nExecutive Communication & Leadership :\n\n- Present release strategy, risks, readiness, and outcomes to executive leadership.\n\n- Lead cross-functional discussions involving Directors, Vice Presidents, SVPs, CIOs, and business executives.\n\n- Translate complex technical topics into business-focused communications.\n\n- Drive accountability across technology and business teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.\n\nContinuous Improvement :\n\n- Develop metrics and executive reporting on release performance.\n\n- Analyze trends related to release success, deployment quality, incidents, and failed changes.\n\n- Drive automation opportunities within release pipelines and release governance workflows.\n\n- Promote best practices aligned with ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering principles.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\nExperience :\n\n- 10+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Release Management, Change Management, Program Management, or IT Service Management.\n\n- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology environments.\n\n- Experience within mortgage servicing, mortgage originations, financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.\n\n- Proven success managing complex, multi-team releases with executive visibility.\n\nTechnical Knowledge :\n\n- Strong understanding of Release Management, ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.\n\n- Working knowledge of cloud environments, APIs, enterprise applications, and infrastructure technologies.\n\nPreferred Certifications :\n\n- ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) or Strategic Leader (SL), PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe RTE, DevOps Foundation, AWS/Azure certifications, ServiceNow certifications.\n\nSkills\nRelease Management, Program Management, ITIL,
