The role focuses on validating end-to-end data movement and transformation across multiple source systems into Salesforce Data Cloud.\n\nSalesforce Data Cloud Testing : \n\n- Perform hands-on testing of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities and data flows.\n\n- Validate data ingestion from multiple source systems into Data Cloud.\n\n- Validate Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, mappings, transformations, and data harmonization.\n\n- Verify that source data is correctly transformed and represented within Salesforce Data Cloud.\n\n- Validate end-to-end data journeys from source systems through Data Cloud to downstream activation.\n\nData Validation & ETL Testing : \n\n- Design and execute ETL/data-pipeline test scenarios.\n\n- Perform source-to-target validation and reconciliation using strong SQL skills.\n\n- Validate record counts, field-level mappings, data types, transformation rules, null/default handling, aggregations, business rules, and duplicate records.\n\n- Validate incremental and full data loads.\n\n- Test data refresh, synchronization, and failure/recovery scenarios.\n\n- Identify data discrepancies and trace issues across the data pipeline.\n\nSQL & Source-to-Target Reconciliation : \n\n- Develop complex SQL queries to validate data across source and target systems.\n\n- Perform reconciliation at record, field, aggregate, and business-rule levels.\n\n- Validate data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity.\n\n- Analyze large datasets and identify data anomalies.\n\n- Create reusable SQL validation queries for regression testing.\n\nData Streams, DLO & DMO Validation : \n\n- Validate Salesforce Data Cloud Data Streams and ingestion processes.\n\n- Validate DLO and DMO mappings.\n\n- Verify relationships between data objects.\n\n- Validate transformations and calculated fields.\n\n- Verify data harmonization across multiple source systems.\n\n- Test mapping changes and their downstream impact.\n\nIdentity Resolution & Unified Profiles : \n\n- Validate Identity Resolution rules and matching logic.\n\n- Test duplicate and profile-matching scenarios across multiple source systems.\n\n- Validate exact matches, partial matches, conflicting attributes, missing identifiers, duplicate profiles, false matches, and multiple-source customer records.\n\n- Validate creation and maintenance of Unified Customer Profiles.\n\n- Verify that the correct customer information is consolidated across systems.\n\nCalculated Insights & Business Rules : \n\n- Validate Calculated Insights against business requirements.\n\n- Test aggregations, calculations, filters, and derived attributes.\n\n- Validate rule-based scoring and scoring thresholds.\n\n- Verify business-rule implementation and boundary conditions.\n\n- Perform positive, negative, and boundary-value testing.\n\n- Validate changes to calculations and their downstream impact.\n\nAudience Segmentation & Activation Testing : \n\n- Validate audience/segment creation based on defined business rules.\n\n- Verify segment inclusion and exclusion criteria.\n\n- Test boundary and negative scenarios for segmentation.\n\n- Validate audience counts and member profiles against expected results.\n\n- Validate activation outputs to downstream systems.\n\n- Verify that the correct profiles/data are sent to target platforms.\n\nAPI & Integration Testing : \n\n- Perform API and integration testing across source systems, Salesforce Data Cloud, and downstream platforms.\n\n- Validate request/response payloads, status codes, authentication, data mapping, and error handling.\n\n- Test synchronous and asynchronous integrations.\n\n- Validate retry, timeout, duplicate, and failure/recovery scenarios.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Salesforce Data Cloud\n\n-
