Solution Design :\n\n- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team.\n\n- Architect and design scalable and robust solutions based on business requirements.\n\n- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions using our SAAS products.\n\n- Assist in the creation of architecture diagrams and technical documentation.\n\nProject Management:\n\n- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.\n\n- Assist PMs to allocate tasks to Salesforce development team.\n\n- Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nCode Review and Quality Assurance:\n\n- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\n\n- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nComplex Development:\n\n- Take ownership of the development of complex Salesforce solutions.\n\n- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\n\n- Utilize programming languages and tools for customization, ensuring scalability and maintainability.\n\nData Migration - Integration:\n\n- Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity with other business systems.\n\n- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools for integration purposes.\n\n- Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to our products.\n\nGovernance and Compliance:\n\n- Establish and enforce governance policies related to release management, change control, and security.\n\n- Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform best practices and security standards.\n\nMentorship and Training:\n\n- Mentor and coach the Salesforce development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.\n\n- Provide training on advanced Salesforce development concepts and methodologies.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration:\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Act as a technical liaison between technical and non-technical teams.\n\nContinuous Learning:\n\n- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates related to SAAS products.\n\n- Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance technical expertise.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce Platform -
