Tavia Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team!\nWe are seeking a proactive professional who can translate complex business needs into practical solutions, drive process improvements, and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nSupport Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization.\nLead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops.\nDevelop business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process models.\nAnalyze business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nMaintain requirements traceability, project documentation, and reporting.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nStrong knowledge of requirements elicitation, BPMN, user story development, data analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Draw.io.\nProfessional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certification are an added advantage.\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nAI & Technology Requirements:\n\nAbility to translate business challenges into measurable AI use cases.\nBasic to intermediate understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI).\nExperience documenting requirements for AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or fraud detection systems.\nUnderstanding of AI model lifecycle, governance, and Responsible AI principles.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nAbility to manage multiple
