In this role, you’ll be a key player in both our Sales and Customer Success teams, helping customers transform early excitement into fully realized solutions. Relying on your technical expertise, you’ll facilitate in-depth conversations with developers and decision-makers. Beyond closing the deal, you’ll ensure smooth solution design and integration-collaborating with customers on technical implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.\nYour goal is not just to resolve issues but also work to prevent them altogether. Essentially, you’ll be “debugging the future”-Tavus supports top startups and enterprise companies alike, and you’ll be part of their journey every step of the way.\nYour Mission\nBecome a wealth of knowledge - Understand how our product works on a deep technical level so you can support customers\n\nCreative problem solver - Work with customers to ideate and architect a solution that works with their business\n\nDiagnose and solve fast - Debug API requests, troubleshoot production issues, and provide clear, actionable solutions for customers.\n\nThink like the customer - Spot patterns in issues, improve docs, and work with engineering to fix problems at the root (or, just do it yourself)\n\nBuild - Create developer resources, like sample code, etc\n\nOptimize for zero - Aim for near-zero time to resolution.
