financial transactions, particularly for real estate or construction projects.\nAssist with budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.\nCoordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities when required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.\nExperience in Real Estate or Construction is required/preferred.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.\nPractical experience with VAT and tax refund procedures.\nGood understanding of Saudi tax and VAT regulations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nGood command of
