We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional and timely support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues or escalate them when required.
  • Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
  • Follow company procedures, policies, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet assigned call center KPIs and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
