Process Management (BPM) and Digital Process Automation (DPA) solutions.\nThe ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in the Nintex K2 platform, workflow automation, digital forms, and enterprise system integrations.\nThe role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing business processes, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of automated workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and maintain business process automation solutions using Nintex K2.\nDevelop and maintain K2 workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, business rules, and approval processes.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and workflow designs.\nBuild automated business processes, including approvals, notifications, escalations, and exception handling.\nIntegrate K2 solutions with enterprise applications, databases, SharePoint, and external systems.\nDevelop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and SQL Server.\nCustomize K2 applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies where required.\nTroubleshoot workflow failures, resolve production issues, and optimize application performance.\nSupport solution deployment, testing, documentation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.\nCollaborate with business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and other technical teams.\nEnsure solutions meet business, security, performance, and scalability requirements.\nRecommend improvements to existing workflows and automation processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n Minimum 5 years of relevant professional development experience.\nProven hands-on experience with the Nintex K2 platform, such as K2 Five, K2 Cloud, or K2 blackpearl.\nStrong experience in BPM, workflow development, and digital process automation.\nPractical experience with K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflow design.\nStrong knowledge of SQL Server and database integration.\nExperience integrating applications through REST APIs and/or SOAP web services.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.\nWorking knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript for application customization and integration.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with business stakeholders and convert functional requirements into technical solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing BPM/DPA solutions in enterprise environments.\nExperience maintaining or migrating legacy K2 applications.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Automate or other automation platforms.\nRelevant Nintex/K2 certifications.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nCore Competencies\nWorkflow design and process
