design and code quality. \nMentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the chapter. \nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. \n4 years of backend engineering experience. \nStrong Java, Spring Boot, REST API design, SQL, and Git. \nHands-on experience with containers, CI/CD, and distributed systems (Good to have) \nPayments or regulated financial services experience preferred (Good to
