Responsibilities:\nCortex Development & Customization:\n Design and develop advanced solutions using Cortex platform capabilities \n Customize Cortex modules based on business and technical requirements \n Develop reusable components, workflows, and services within Cortex ecosystem \n Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of Cortex applications \nArchitecture & Solution Design:\n Lead system design and architecture discussions for Cortex implementations \n Define technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards \n Identify optimization opportunities and improve system efficiency \n Ensure secure and robust system design \nIntegration & APIs:\n Integrate Cortex with core banking systems, third-party applications, and external APIs \n Design and implement REST/SOAP services \n Handle data exchange, transformation, and synchronization across systems \nPerformance Optimization & Troubleshooting:\n Analyze system performance and resolve bottlenecks \n Debug and fix complex technical issues in Cortex environments \n Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions \nLeadership & Collaboration:\n Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers \n Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices \n Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders \n Translate business requirements UAT / Production)\nRequirements\nTotal Years of Experience:\n 5-10+ years of overall experience in software development \n Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Cortex platform (MUST) \nCortex Expertise (MANDATORY):\n Strong hands-on experience with Cortex platform (end-to-end) \n Deep understanding of Cortex architecture, modules, and configurations \n Experience in Cortex customization, workflows, and integrations \n Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Cortex-based systems \nProgramming & Technologies:\n Strong proficiency in one or more: Java / .NET / Python \n Experience with RESTful APIs & Web Services (SOAP) \n Solid experience with SQL & database design \n Knowledge of microservices architecture \nIntegration & Systems:\n Experience integrating Cortex with enterprise systems \n Understanding of middleware and messaging systems \n Familiarity with API gateways and service orchestration \nTools & Platforms:\n Experience with Git / version control systems \n CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) \n Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure) is a plus \nDomain Experience (Highly Preferred):\n Banking or Financial Services ( core
