In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise ETL solutions that support the organization's data warehousing, regulatory reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.\nIf you have a strong background in data integration, SQL performance tuning, and banking environments, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.\nBuild scalable and high-performance data integration solutions.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL designs.\nDevelop complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts and optimize database performance.\nEnsure data quality, data integrity, and metadata management.\nPerform data profiling, mapping, transformation, and validation.\nSupport enterprise data warehouse initiatives and regulatory reporting.\nTroubleshoot ETL failures, performance bottlenecks, and data issues.\nIntegrate data from databases, APIs, cloud platforms, flat files, and third-party applications.\nWork closely with business, infrastructure, security, and governance teams.\nParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.\nSupport CI/CD implementation and automation with DevOps teams.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.\nSolid experience in ETL development and enterprise data integration.\nStrong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, and PL/SQL.\nExperience with Data Warehousing concepts and data modeling.\nExperience with SQL performance tuning.\nExperience integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs and cloud platforms.\nExperience with workflow schedulers such as Control-M or AutoSys.\nFamiliarity with REST/SOAP APIs.\nExperience working with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence).\nExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBanking or financial services experience.\nExperience with regulatory reporting (Basel III, IFRS 9, FATCA).\nExperience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), or Data Governance tools.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nExperience with Temenos, Finastra, Moody's, or SAS integrations.\nInformatica certifications are highly
