The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining HAM solutions to manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, improve asset visibility, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions.\nImplement and maintain ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) capabilities.\nManage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.\nConfigure hardware asset models, model categories, asset records, stockrooms, and inventory management processes.\nIntegrate HAM with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and other IT service management modules.\nConfigure and maintain workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow components.\nSupport hardware asset discovery, reconciliation, inventory tracking, and data quality management.\nDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards for hardware inventory, asset utilization, lifecycle status, and compliance.\nAutomate hardware asset management processes to improve operational efficiency.\nTroubleshoot and resolve HAM-related technical and configuration issues.\nCollaborate with IT asset management, procurement, finance, infrastructure, and service desk teams.\nSupport testing, deployment, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance.\nPrepare technical documentation and support hardware asset audits and compliance activities.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong experience in Hardware Asset Management.\nPractical experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow HAM Pro.\nStrong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.\nExperience with hardware asset models, model categories, stockrooms, inventory, and asset relationships.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and asset-to-CI reconciliation.\nProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\nExperience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.\nKnowledge of REST APIs and integration techniques.\nExperience with data imports, transform maps, troubleshooting, testing, and debugging.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes and hardware asset compliance requirements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist -
