The role will lead the architecture and technical direction of HRSD platforms, ensuring that solutions effectively support HR business objectives while meeting enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, integration, and maintainability.\nThe Senior HRSD Solution Architect will work closely with HR leadership, HR process owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Integration Teams, Security Teams, Data Teams, and external implementation partners to transform business requirements into sustainable technology solutions.\nThe role will be accountable for establishing the target HRSD architecture, defining solution patterns, evaluating technology options, designing integrations with enterprise HR and corporate systems, and ensuring that implementations leverage standard platform capabilities wherever possible. The architect will provide technical governance throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.\nThe position requires a strong combination of HR domain knowledge, ServiceNow HRSD expertise, solution architecture, integration architecture, security, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic guidance while also being sufficiently hands-on to challenge technical designs, resolve complex architectural issues, and guide delivery teams toward high-quality solutions.\nRole Purpose\nThe primary purpose of this role is to design and govern secure, scalable, integrated, and user-centric HRSD solutions that modernize HR service delivery, improve employee experience, increase operational efficiency, and support the organization's long-term HR technology strategy.\nScope of the Role\nThe Senior HRSD Solution Architect will:\nOwn the end-to-end technical architecture for HRSD initiatives and major enhancements. \nDefine the current-state, target-state, and transition architecture for HR service delivery. \nEnsure alignment between HR business strategy, HR processes, enterprise architecture, and technology solutions. \nLead architecture decisions for ServiceNow HRSD and related HR technology platforms. \nDefine integration strategies between HRSD, HRIS, payroll, identity management, enterprise applications, and third-party systems. \nEstablish technical standards, reusable architecture patterns, and governance principles. \nEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, highly available, upgradeable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards. \nProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project and delivery teams. \nReview and approve solution designs, integrations, configurations, and technical implementations. \nIdentify opportunities for automation, self-service, AI, and digital transformation within HR service delivery. \nEnsure that HRSD solutions minimize unnecessary customization and maximize the use of standard platform capabilities. \nSupport strategic technology planning, platform roadmaps, and continuous improvement
