Cloud experience is considered a strong advantage.\nThe ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dynamics 365 customization, development, integration, data migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, with strong technical skills in C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirements.\nDesign and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware.\nDevelop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.\nPerform data migration, system upgrades, and integration-related activities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex CRM, integration, and system functionality issues.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment guides.\nWork closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other application teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nSupport application releases, deployments, and production issues.\nFollow development standards, version control practices, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.\nWork with Microsoft SQL Server for database development, troubleshooting, queries, and data-related activities.\nRequirements\nRequired Technical Skills\n9+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premises.\nExperience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.\nStrong programming skills in C#.\nStrong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core.\nExperience developing custom plugins and workflows.\nStrong experience with REST APIs and web services.\nExperience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications and enterprise systems.\nStrong Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) skills.\nExperience with data migration and Dynamics 365 upgrades.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Work Items, and Git repositories.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood understanding of full-stack development concepts.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a technical team.\nStrong documentation and technical analysis skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a business-critical enterprise environment.\nImportant Requirement\nCandidates must have 9+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with strong On-Premises experience.
