availability, redundancy, and resilience of network services in line with DR/BCP requirements and conduct regular failover testing.\n· Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network solutions, troubleshooting, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.\n· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network and security incidents and implement preventive actions.\n· Develop and maintain network diagrams, SOPs, configurations, and operational documentation ensuring audit readiness.\n· Automate network monitoring, alerting, and configuration management using scripting and orchestration tools.\nContinuously monitor network performance and security posture using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent.\nRequirements\n· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related discipline.\n· 5-8 years of ex. in network administration within banking or regulated environments.\n· Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, and enterprise-grade switching and routing technologies.\n· Experience in integrating network infrastructure with SOC tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) and NDR solutions.\n· Strong understanding of secure network design, segmentation, VPN technologies, and firewall rule management.\n· Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including SAMA, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO requirements.\n· Experience in ITIL-based service management processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.\n· Hands-on experience in DR/BCP planning, testing, and execution.\n·
