Description\nPosition Overview\nThe Senior SAM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions to support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nThe successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Professional, ServiceNow platform development, software entitlement and licensing concepts, integrations, workflows, and automation.\nKey Responsibilities\nServiceNow SAM Development\nDesign, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.\nImplement and enhance SAM Professional capabilities based on business and compliance requirements.\nConfigure software models, publishers, products, entitlements, license metrics, and software installations.\nDevelop solutions for software license compliance, reconciliation, optimization, and software lifecycle management.\nConfigure workflows, approvals, business rules, notifications, and automation supporting SAM processes.\nDevelop and maintain custom applications, scripts, UI components, and platform configurations where required.\nEnsure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.\nSupport ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure SAM customizations remain
