The ideal candidate will lead T24 architecture initiatives, oversee system deployments, optimize performance, and ensure the stability, scalability, and availability of mission-critical banking platforms.\nThe successful candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with TAFC/TAFJ architecture, infrastructure design, environment management, system integration, and production support across the complete implementation lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Architecture\n Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available Temenos T24 system architectures. \n Define deployment architecture and environment strategies for Development, SIT, UAT, DR, and Production. \n Lead T24 infrastructure planning, sizing, and capacity management. \n Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity. \nImplementation & Deployment\n Lead end-to-end T24 implementation and deployment activities. \n Plan and execute T24 installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations. \n Support TAFC to TAFJ migration projects. \n Coordinate production deployments and Go-Live activities. \n Prepare deployment plans and rollback strategies. \nSystem Administration\n Administer Temenos T24 environments. \n Configure Single Instance and Multi-Instance environments. \n Monitor system health and availability. \n Troubleshoot production incidents and system failures. \n Perform patch management and system upgrades. \nPerformance & Infrastructure\n Optimize COB performance and batch processing. \n Perform system performance tuning. \n Monitor CPU, memory, storage, and application performance. \n Analyze bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure improvements. \nIntegration\n Design and support integration between T24 and external systems. \n Manage Web Services and API connectivity. \n Support SWIFT integrations. \n Configure and troubleshoot IBM MQ messaging. \n Collaborate with middleware teams. \nMiddleware & Database\nWork with:\n IBM WebSphere \n JBoss Enterprise Application Server \n IBM MQ \n Oracle Database \n Microsoft SQL Server \nSupport database connectivity, application servers, and middleware performance.\nOperating Systems\n Administer Linux and Unix servers. \n Manage shell scripts and scheduled jobs. \n Perform server monitoring and troubleshooting. \nProject Delivery\n Support Core Banking implementation projects. \n Participate in architecture reviews. \n Prepare technical documentation. \n Mentor junior T24 engineers and administrators. \n Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, Database, Security, and Business teams. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in Temenos T24.\nStrong experience in Core Banking implementations.\nExperience in large-scale banking transformation projects.\nRequired Technical Experience\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nTemenos Transact
