We combine automation platforms, regulatory advisory, and capacity development into a unified ecosystem designed for scale and resilience.\n\nWhether we’re designing a tax system, leading a privacy audit, or certifying the next generation of DPOs, we serve as long-term partners, not just vendors delivering clarity where others deliver complexity.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the following positions below:\n\nJob Title: Sales Associate\n\nLocation: Lagos, Nigeria\n\nEmployment Type: Hybrid 2 Times a week\n\nRole Overview\n\nIn this role, you will identify and qualify leads, conduct compelling product demonstrations, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to close deals and maximize account growth.\nWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join our commercial team and drive new business acquisition across both the TPay and THR product lines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProposals & Pricing: Prepare tailored proposals, commercial quotes, and pricing schedules strictly aligned with company pricing policies.\nPipeline Management: Maintain and accurately update a healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.\nProspecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities for both TPay and THR.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth, friction-free onboarding experience for new clients.\nInbound Follow-Up: Respond to and follow up on inbound leads, inquiries, and referrals in a prompt, professional manner.\nNegotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales deals in collaboration with the Head of Growth.\nClient Retention & Upselling: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.\nDemonstrations & Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific pain points and needs of prospective clients.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\n\nExperience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.\nTrack Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.\nIndustry Preference: Prior experience selling B2B software, fintech solutions, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products is a strong advantage.\nTech Literacy: Comfortable and proficient in utilizing CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.\n\nSkills & Competencies:\n\nA confident presenter capable of breaking down complex technical features into simple, value-driven terms.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nHighly self-motivated with superior time-management and organizational skills.\nResilient, target-driven, and equipped with a consultative selling mindset.\nA collaborative team player who works seamlessly across different departments.\n\nSalary\n\nN300,000 -
