The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax preparation, compliance, and reporting for our diverse clientele. A key focus of this role will be to manage both our internal and offshore tax preparation teams, review complex tax returns, and develop and implement best practices and efficient workflows to enhance department productivity and accuracy.
