Your role will build and implement software solutions to deliver world class experiences and capabilities for our users and clients.\nWe welcome individuals who are humble, hungry and open to tackle some of the industry's biggest challenges!\nRole and Responsibilities\nBuild modern solutions to complex problems that are elegant and efficient. \nPartner with designers and product managers to solve the right problems for customers.\nWrite well-designed, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code\nParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality, distribute knowledge, and help team velocity\nOwn solving problems end to end across a variety of systems and services in close collaboration with other engineers at Taxbit\nProfessional Qualifications\n3+ years of professional programming experience building cloud applications and services\nExperience building polished, scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on front-end architecture, user interfaces, and customer-facing product experiences.\nStrong background working with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns to drive consistency and speed across product development.\nDeep familiarity with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with the ability to build intuitive and performant interfaces.\nHands-on experience with React and related front-end frameworks/libraries for building complex, data-heavy product experiences.\nComfortable operating in product engineering environments where UI quality, reusable patterns, and front-end craftsmanship are important parts of the role.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience\nProven track record of identifying opportunities to build, test, and scale AI-powered solutions.\nSees AI as a force multiplier and actively looks for ways to enhance team performance through innovation & curiosity.\nPersonal Characteristics\nStrong coding skills in Typescript NodeJS/React and/or Python\nExperience with a variety of cloud storage solutions (SQL, Blob, Document, Search)\nExperience with AWS cloud infrastructure, DataDog, and GitHub CI/CD\nCompensation \nThe base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
