It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Label Works, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for providing the customer with positive, consultative, and service-based experience. In this role, you will act as the project manager liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations while maintaining internal profitability goals.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nGathering and understanding job specific requirements from the customer and/or sales representative to accurately enter jobs into production \nCommunicating production schedules and updates to the customer, proactively managing production milestone dates, and tracking production status to ensure orders ship on time \nCoordinate with internal subject matter experts to resolve issues to ensure customer expectations are met \nProviding sales support, including product, pricing, schedule, capacity, and production related requests \nManaging multiple accounts, programs/projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment\nDocumenting and maintaining account specific standard operating procedures \nLeading regular scheduled meetings with the customer to discuss the status of current orders, quality, and forecast opportunities \nIdentifying areas to streamline processes and reduce opportunities for error to support continuous improvement efforts \nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships based upon credibility, communication and trust \nFacilitating internal and external project kick off meetings and post project reviews \nPreparing customer presentations, gathering performance metric data, and presenting in customer business review meetings \nPartnering with and mentoring less experienced team members \nMay direct and lead the work of others \nEnsure proper on-time billing and reporting updates to the customer \nCreating and maintaining positive, strong relationships with customers, internally and externally\nYou Must Have:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nDetail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex tasks \nAbility to solve problems effectively, respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects \nSelf-starter mindset, excitement around learning, team player attitude, and ability to handle daily work with minimal management direction \nRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals \nProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook \nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $46,000 - 52,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
