It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Buyer\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPurchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors\nEvaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers\nUsing system-generated reports and data, determine what & how much to order\nFollow-up with vendors on back-orders, delays, pricing and quality issues, and invoicing\nWork with Warehouse and Production staff on inventory discrepancies or issues\nYou Must Have:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent\nKnowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Purchasing and Inventory Management\nAbility to follow-instructions and work independently\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProblem-solving skills and abilities • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams We Would Also Prefer: • 3+ Years of Purchasing experience\nExperience in the printing industry\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $46,000 - $56,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
