It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Golden Heart Child Care, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Child Care Giver to care for children. In this role, you will be part of the center’s team and will be responsible for meeting the needs of each individual child, treating each child with dignity and respect, and establishing a positive relationship with the parents. You will also be responsible for the implementation and continuation of the center program in the absence of the coordinator.\nShift Available: Monday-Friday; our hours are between 6:30am- 6pm (7-8 hour shifts)\nYour Responsibilities:\nAssist in planning and implementing the daily program under the direction of the coordinator. Plan and carry our activities which are developmentally appropriate to the children they are working with.\n\nMeeting the educational as well as physical needs of each individual child.\n\nAssist in maintaining a safe environment through observation of appropriate equipment for children’s developmental skills.\n\nProvides input for conferences with parents to discuss child's progress as well as any issues that arise.\n\nObserve, record, and report individual and child’s behavior as assigned.\n\nYou Must Have:\nCredits to meet MN DHS Assistant Teacher qualifications\n\nMinimum two year degree that meets Department of Human Services qualifications\n\nMust be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the center’s policies and philosophy\n\nMust be physically able to see and hear on-going activities of the children and able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds\n\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $14-16. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
