Ifyou’reready for something bigger-more challenge, more variety, more pathways for professional growth-we should talk.We’repassionate about ourwork,we believe there is always a better way, andwe’relooking for people like you.\nReady toreach your potential?It’stime to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Customer Experience Implementation Specialist to join their team!\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nCoordinate small- to mid-sized print program implementations from quote acceptance through setup on the web ordering platform; support Project Managers on larger implementations.\nLead customer onboarding and implementation activities for ERP and eProcurement platforms, including Coupa, Oracle, SAP Ariba, Workday, GHX, and similar systems.\nPartner with customers, Integration teams, IT, Sales, Operations, and vendor partners to define requirements, implementation plans, and project timelines.\nGather, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements, including pricing, workflows, account structures, procurement needs, and system configurations.\nCoordinate testing, issue resolution, production readiness, and go-live activities to ensure accurate and successful customer deployments.\nMonitor project progress and clearly communicate status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items to customers and internal teams.\nFacilitate implementation meetings, meeting recaps, customer documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources.\nManage multiple implementations at the same time while adapting plans, escalating risks, and meeting established deadlines.\nSupport process improvement efforts and contribute to implementation best practices, quality standards, and consistent onboarding processes.\nYou Must Have:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.\n3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, system integrations, ERP/eProcurement support, or a related customer-facing role.\nBusiness-to-business customer experience with the ability to deliver strong service throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nAbility to gather, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements.\nExperience coordinating implementation activities, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.\nStrong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively.\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nExperience with ERP and eProcurement platforms such as Coupa, Oracle, SAP Ariba, Workday, GHX, Jaggaer, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.\nFamiliarity with integration concepts such as cXML, EDI, APIs, punchout catalogs, and secure file transfer methods.\nExperience writing business documentation such as Statements of Work, Scope requirements, implementation plans, testing plans, or process documentation; and Salesforce for Project Management.\nExperience supporting customer testing, production deployments, process improvement, or customer-facing presentations.\nUnderstanding of industry equipment, software, and web-based solutions and how they integrate.\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
