In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to customers, sales representatives, account managers, and production teams, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.\nIf you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWork Authorization: \nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nWhat You'll Do:\nServe as a primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and account managers.\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.\nCollaborate with sales, production facilities, and vendors to provide accurate pricing and project information.\nCoordinate customer orders from quote through production and delivery.\nMonitor project status and proactively communicate updates.\nResolve customer concerns and service issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.\nMaintain account documentation and standard operating procedures.\nMonitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders when necessary.\nCalculate pricing, shipping charges, and other order-related costs.\nProvide phone support and account coverage when sales representatives are unavailable.\nBuild strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention.\nYour Shift:\n1st shift; Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm.\nRole will be fully onsite in Bloomington, IL. \nWhat'll Make You Successful:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.\n3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, administrative support, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with order processing, quoting, or account management is a plus.\nPrinting industry experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $19-$23. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
