It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our North Mankato-MN facility.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nManaging all customer communications-both written and verbal-in a professional, proactive, and efficient manner\n\nAnswering questions and providing guidance on product options, pricing, order status, and custom order details\n\nProcessing reprints, applying credits, and resolving quality or service concerns to ensure timely and accurate order completion\n\nCollaborating with various internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience\n\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships through consistent follow-up and regular communication\n\nHandling escalations and concerns with a sense of ownership, ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple systems and functions\n\nWorking independently and within a team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience\n\nYour Shift:\nMonday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm\n\nYou Must Have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\n1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and product/service issues effectively\n\nProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office\n\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\n\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment\n\nAdaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new systems and product lines\n\nRequirements within this position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\n\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\n\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\n\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\n\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\n\n We Would Also Prefer:\nFamiliarity with print terminology and production processes\n\nBasic understanding of graphic file formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, JPEG) and how they relate to print quality\n\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
