In this role, you will set up and operate digital printing equipment, prepare files for production, and monitor print quality to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nRead and follow detailed job orders, identify errors or issues, and take appropriate corrective action\nSet up and adjust printing equipment according to job specifications\nMonitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments to meet customer requirements\nMonitor equipment performance, identify mechanical issues, and notify maintenance when necessary\nStart and operate production jobs according to the established schedule\nPerform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep\nMeet production standards for output, waste, and spoilage\nFollow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient shift changeovers\nComplete production logs and related paperwork accurately\nYour Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM\nYou Must Have:\n2+ years experience in digital printers\nMechanical and technical aptitude\nBasic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions for stock optimization\nComputer skills to download and manipulate files\nAbility to operate equipment to meet production and quality standards\nAbility to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions\nAbility to communicate professionally with team members\nAttention to detail\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nIndigo Operator Certification Level 1 or 2\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
