It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity:\nVenture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a 2nd Shift Digital Print Operator with experience in operating Xerox and Canon (Colorstream) equipment to work in our Fort Worth, Texas location.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nShift Available:\n2nd Shift; Monday-Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm\nAbility to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule\nYour Responsibilities:\nReview job orders to determine quantities to be printed, paper specifications, colors, and special printing instructions for customers\nRunning Canon, Xerox, and Color Stream 3900\nCollect and inspect random samples during print runs to identify any adjustments needed\nAble to identify and complete orders of all sizes and levels of importance\nMultitask to run many machines at one time\nComplete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the job\nEnsures that the supplies are stocked; gather correct materials needed\nLearning about digital printing equipment and basic troubleshooting\nFollow quality and training expectations as stated under ISO 9001 Certification\nLoad and unload paper stock and set up print files\nMeet standard throughput speed and quality, which will be monitored\nMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations\nYou Must Have:\n3 years of digital print experience\n3 years running cutsheet toner and inkjet printers\nBasic computer skills (open, close, print a file)\nTeam player and self-motivated mindset\nHighly detail-oriented- quality focus driven\nBasic measuring skills, able to read a ruler and other measurement devices\nBasic problem-solving skills\nAbility to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticket\nAbility to occasionally lift to 40 - 50 lbs. and to stand for an entire shift (excluding breaks)\nRequirements Within This position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nAbility to work with very close tolerances\nHigh degree of analytical skills\nGood color discernment\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdXOC8HM-NM\nOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
