It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an energetic Enablement\nData & Insights Intern (temporary) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Enablement (Training and Organizational Change Management) team! This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in data analysis, change management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nLearn and execute agentic change management workflows\nDevelop and post communications\nPerform quality assurance and update developed materials\nSupport status reporting and generate, review, and distribute daily/weekly comprehensive status reports\nExtract data from systems and platforms (Jira ticketing system, training and performance support applications, SharePoint files, MS Teams course attendance, MS Forms knowledge test results and post-training surveys, Change Management communication tools, Workday Learning reports, etc.) and perform data analysis\nSupport Enterprise Transformation deliverables (change management and training) for internal customers\nAssist with data entry, testing, and reporting in a variety of systems and/or Excel spreadsheets\nAssist in preparing information, researching materials, and gathering data for assigned tasks and presentations\nUpdate and organize department shared drives and documents\nResearch data problems (end users, licensing seats management, etc.) and assist in developing solutions\nPerform other tasks and duties as assigned\nYour Shift:\nThe intern may work up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule during the academic year to accommodate class commitments.\nStrong preference given to those located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.\nOur Ideal Candidate:\nIs currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a relevant undergraduate program such as Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a related field.\nHas an interest in the creative use of AI agents and similar tools (especially Microsoft Copilot)\nHas a passion for data analysis.\nHas strong attention to detail.\nHas a self-starter mindset with an eagerness to learn.\nFrom a Technical Skills Standpoint, You Must Have:\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and Lists)\nExperience with Power BI\nBasic Python skills\nWhat You’ll Gain:\nExposure to enterprise-level transformation projects\nHands-on experience with real business data and tools\nMentorship from experienced professionals\nOpportunities to build your professional network\nA chance to make a meaningful impact on internal processes\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $18-20.
