We currently have an opening in our 2nd shift finishing department assisting in the operation of finishing casemaker equipment. This candidate would be produce cases for hard cover books. We are looking for a goal oriented and adaptive individual to join our team.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nProperly set up the casemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.\nMaintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nAccurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.\nPerform any other duties as required by the supervisor.\nYour Shift: Monday -Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am with Overtime Opportunities available!\nYou Must Have:\nMechanical ability and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished product.\nWillingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed.\nAbility to read instructions and basic measurements from a ruler/tape measure\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position.\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.\nFrequently required to move inside the facility.\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nManufacturing or production experience.\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - $20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
