It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our 3rd shift team at our Radcliff, KY facility. In this role, you will operate and maintain printing press equipment while ensuring production quality, safety, and efficiency.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPrepare, set up, and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards\nPerform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operation and optimal output\nPrepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency\nVerify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production\nCheck printing plates for correct format\nVisually inspect printed materials throughout production runs to ensure quality standards are met\nCoordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust workflow to meet changing deadlines\nFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area\nYour Shift: 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:45 PM-7:15 AM, with overtime as required\nYou Must Have:\nAbility to set and adjust equipment mechanisms to required tolerances\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nAbility to work with very close tolerances\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nAttention to detail\nGood color discernment\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdXOC8HM-NM\nOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
