It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity:\nTaylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator in our Springboro, Ohio location. In this role, you will operate equipment used to mix chemical batches in accordance with production specifications and company quality standards. This position requires careful adherence to mix sheets, accurate measurements, and completion of required quality checks before product moves forward in the process.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Shift: Part Time\nMonday - Thursday; Up to 6 hours per day\n24 total hours per week\nYour Responsibilities:\nOperate equipment used to mix chemical batches.\nFollow mix sheets and chemical recipes exactly as written.\nMeasure materials accurately according to specifications.\nPerform required quality checks prior to releasing product to the next stage of production.\nWork primarily with non-hazardous chemicals.\nMaintain knowledge of and comply with safety requirements related to the job and equipment.\nYou Must Have:\nBasic mechanical aptitude\nAbility to read and follow written instructions and chemical mix sheets\nStrong attention to detail, particularly with measurements and quality checks\nWillingness to learn and take direction\nAbility to lift 40+ pounds\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including production materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nWe Would Also Prefer:\n2+ years prior experience operating mixing or batch equipment in a manufacturing environment\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
