It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Temporary Equipment Operator\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPrepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.\nPerforms daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.\nPrepare inks for proper color and consistency.\nCheck paper for type, size, color and quantity.\nCheck plates for correct format\nVisually inspect forms throughout run for quality\nCoordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.\nMaintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.\nYour Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 am - 2:45 pm\nYou Must Have:\nAbility to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances\nHigh degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.\nHigh degree of mechanical ability\nGood reading ability.\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nMust have ability to work with very close tolerances\nAbility to effectively communicate with team members\nHigh degree of analytical skills\nGood color discernment\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
