Document Controller for a major offshore wind farm in The UK

Responsibilities

Process internal Document Number Requests.
Day-to-day processing of document control-related requests (internal documentation, correspondence, etc).
Conduct Aconex quality checks, identifying, investigating, and correcting metadata errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies to maintain data integrity and facilitate efficient document retrieval.
Preparation / issue of Aconex status reports.
Compilation of information packs.
Upload / download of information from internal / external Data Rooms.
Scanning hard copy documentation.

Requirements

Experience in a Document Controller role, preferably in large multidiscipline engineering projects.
Previous experience with Document Control systems in a project support office, preferably Oracle Aconex.
Proven experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
