We are partnering with a leading international company in the utility-scale solar sector that is looking to strengthen its Project Engineering team with an experienced Engineering Manager.\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to the deployment of GW-scale solar projects worldwide while working on the design, optimisation and implementation of advanced solar racking and tracking systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform engineering studies and structural calculations for solar support structures.\nPrepare and review technical documentation, including plans, assembly drawings and construction details.\nSupport product development and continuous improvement initiatives focused on structural optimisation and cost reduction.\nReview technical project documentation and identify potential engineering risks.\nCollaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide technical support during project execution and assist commercial teams with engineering-related queries.\nContribute to quality assurance activities, design reviews and engineering best practices.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.\nExperience within solar PV, steel structures, trackers, racking systems or similar industries.\nStrong understanding of structural analysis and engineering fundamentals.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.\nProficiency with AutoCAD and engineering design tools.\nExperience working in multidisciplinary and international environments.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent English.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe are seeking an engineer who combines technical expertise with a practical approach to project delivery.
