It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an InboundCustomer Service Representative to join their team in Pompano Beach, FL!\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAssist customers regarding new and existing orders via telephone, email and web tickets\nDevelop product/compliance expertise to effectively assist customers\nAccurately enter order information following detailed order-entry procedures\nAnswer questions on pricing, order status, inventory, and more.\nSupport & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions.\nDocument and own follow-up on customer issues or requests that require further investigation to resolve\nCommunicate effectively with supervisor/team to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests\nPerform other duties as assigned\nSupport both our Direct and Reseller Customer Service call centers\nYour Shift:\n1st shift; Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. Some Saturday's and overtime scheduled during peak season.\nThis will be a hybrid role based in Pompano Beach, FL - in-office time will be on Wednesday's and Thursday's.\nYou Must Have:\nA high school diploma or GED\n1+ years of experience in a customer service related field\nStrong communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProficient computer and data-entry skills; experience using the Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to navigate multiple systems simultaneously\nAbility to work well independently as well as in a team environment\nAbility to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer concerns\nAbility to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays, as needed\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $18-$20. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
