It’stime to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Clerk to join our operations team in Duluth-GA. This individual contributor role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock movement, and supporting warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using warehouse equipment, collaborating across teams, and working in a fast-paced environment where precision and consistency are key.\nYour Shift:\n1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm\n\nYour Responsibilities:\nMonitor and maintaininventory levels for purchasedand produced items across designated warehouse locations\n\nTrack incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timelyand accuratemovement of goods\n\nMaintain and update inventory records to ensure data integrity\n\nReconcile inventory discrepancies and process corrections prior to release\n\nAssistwith billing for inventory-related charges and plant inventory orders\n\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and procedures\n\nSafely operatewarehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers) following safety protocols\n\nPartner with receiving teams to confirm timelyreceipt of goods and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)\n\nCollaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve service or delivery inquiries\n\nDocument processes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed\n\nSupport process improvement initiatives to optimizeinventory accuracy and operational flow\n\nWork under direct supervision while following defined processes and procedures\n\nYou Must Have:\n3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain\n\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively\n\nAbility to follow instructions and apply established guidelines to complete tasks\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to operatewarehouse equipment safely and efficiently\n\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\n\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\n\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\n\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\n\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\n\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\n\nExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Alliance)\n\nKnowledge of lean inventory practices or continuous improvement methodologies\n\nStrong customer focus and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work collaboratively across departments\n\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
