You'll work alongside our designers and strategists to research what's happening in our clients' competitive landscape, then turn those insights into scroll-stopping social content.\nWork Authorization: \nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign static and motion social assets (feed posts, carousels, Stories, Reels covers, ads) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other platforms, following brand guidelines\nConduct competitive and category research: audit competitor social channels, track trends, and summarize findings in clear, visual reports\nHelp develop content concepts and monthly social calendars with the strategy team\nResize, adapt and version assets across formats and platforms\nMonitor emerging platform features, formats and cultural moments, and bring fresh ideas to the team\nPrepare files for review and presentation, and incorporate feedback from creative directors\nSupport photo and video shoots and help organize content libraries as needed\nYour Schedule:\nThis is a full-time, six-month co-op from January through June 2027. You'll build a professional portfolio with work that actually goes live.\nFull-time, 32+ hours per week\nWhat We're Looking For:\nNortheastern University student entering their first or second co-op (typically rising juniors or seniors) in a design, communications, marketing, media arts or related program\nAvailable to work full-time (32+ hours per week) for the January-June 2027 term\nA portfolio showing design work, ideally including social content\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects or CapCut is a plus\nStrong understanding of how each social platform works, what performs, and why\nAn eye for typography, layout, color and brand consistency\nCuriosity and research skills, with the ability to turn observations into clear takeaways\nOrganized, responsive to feedback, and comfortable juggling multiple projects\nInterest in beauty, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle brands is a big plus\nWhat You'll Gain:\nReal client work across beauty and lifestyle brands for your portfolio\nMentorship from experienced designers and strategists\nExposure to the full creative process, from strategy to production\nThe anticipated hourly wage for this position is $22.
