It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Kitting Operator to join our team in Arden Hills, MN.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAssembles, binds, and/or packages materials and products manually, including but not limited to medical devices.\nPerforms basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.\nFolds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to direction.\nOther duties as assigned\nYour Shift: 1st Shift; 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday\nYou Must Have:\nExperience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.\nHas knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.\nRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position.\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.\nFrequently required to move inside the facility.\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
