housekeeping invoices with attendance and hours worked.\nAssist residents with account balances, statements, payments, assessments, and billing questions.\nProcess checks and coordinate deposits, account adjustments, refunds, and ownership-related account updates with Taylor Management.\nTrack seasonal fund contributions and trash reimbursement submissions.\nCompile expense information, prepare staffing cost comparisons, and provide financial summaries to support budgeting and operational decisions.\nMaintain accurate records and protect confidential resident, employee, and financial information.\nQualifications\nExperience in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, or a related accounting support role.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial recordkeeping.\nProfessional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and management.\nExperience with ADP and Strongroom preferred.\nExperience in community association management, property management, or hospitality
