accurate records and ensure timely communication with the Board and residents\nQualifications:\nMinimum of three years of community association or property management experience preferred\nExperience managing an active adult or condominium community is strongly preferred\nStrong written, verbal, organizational, and customer-service skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities independently\nKnowledge of vendor management, budgeting, maintenance operations, and Board governance\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and property-management software\nProfessional, patient, and
