It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Navitor, a division Taylor Corporation, is looking for Mechanic Technician in our North Mankato-MN facility.\nWork Authorization: \nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nObserves, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs printing equipment, press parts, electrical problems and other equipment throughout the facility\nCalculating and installing main electric to equipment and other power distribution\nSets up and operates drills, lathes, grinders, welders, and other necessary tools and equipment to make and repair presses and component parts\nInitiates purchase orders for items necessary to repair or replace component parts or other related equipment\nPerforms various preventive maintenance functions on equipment on a scheduled basis in an attempt to maintain equipment and prevent breakdowns\nMaintain attendance according to facility guidelines as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. in performing daily responsibilities\nYour Shift:\n2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30pm\nYou Must Have\nAbility to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees\nAbility to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form\nWe Would Also Prefer:\n2+ years of experience\nPrevious industrial electric and machine maintenance experience\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $20.00 - 28.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
