In this role, you will operate a turret truck to accurately pick and prepare customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work area.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAccurately pick customer orders\nPerform quality checks\nVerify stock availability and stock shelves\nRepackage orders as needed\nMaintain a clean and safe working environment\nMaintain accurate records related to orders and inventory\nYou Must Have:\nExperience using a ring scanner, manual equipment, and powered material-handling equipment, such as an order picker or lift\nWillingness to train on and operate a turret truck\nAbility to work at heights up to 35 feet\nAbility to read, count accurately, and perform basic math\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while supporting department goals\nAbility to communicate effectively and work as part of a team\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks\nAbility to obtain and maintain the certifications required to operate powered equipment\nRequirements Within This Position:\nMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products, including printed materials\nFrequently required to move throughout the facility\nRegularly required to lift, push, pull, or carry 50 pounds or more\nCompensation\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or performs the job.
