In this role, you will operate specialized material handling equipment, pick and prepare customer orders, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAccurately pick and prepare customer orders according to order specifications\nOperate a turret truck and other material handling equipment to retrieve and move inventory\nPerform quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition\nVerify stock availability, replenish shelves, and maintain organized inventory locations\nRepackage orders as needed to meet shipping and customer requirements\nMaintain accurate inventory, picking, and production records\nFollow all safety procedures when operating powered equipment and working at elevated heights\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nSupport other warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed\nYour Shift: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as required\nYou Must Have:\nAbility to use a ring scanner, manual equipment, and powered material handling equipment, including order pickers or lifts\nWillingness to train on and operate a turret truck and comfort working at heights up to 35 feet\nAbility to read, count accurately, and perform basic math\nAttention to detail and commitment to order accuracy\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs\nAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members\nSelf-motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks\nRequired certifications for operating powered equipment\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nRegularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\nWe Would Also Prefer:\n2+ years of experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse fulfillment\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $18.50. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
