It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Digital Prepress Team Lead.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nSupport and collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve the goals of the Prepress team and the organization.\nCoach and mentor others in their daily tasks and performance.\nCommunicate professionally in written and verbal forms.\nAssist in evaluating department performance with the ability to suggest and implement efficient and effective change.\nPartner with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure prepress actions are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.\nSupport a positive work environment that encourages engagement, confidence, and continuous development.\nSupport a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes as well as employee performance.\nLearn the key business systems and programs in use and adapt to new systems as they become available.\nYour Shift:\nMonday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM\nYou Must Have:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain concepts and build positive working relationships.\nPassion for learning, training, coaching, and helping others succeed.\nGrowth mindset with the ability to embrace change, adapt quickly, and support others through change.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and driven to take initiative while managing multiple priorities.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.\nCurious and open to new ideas, feedback, and different perspectives; comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to track progress and maintain accurate performance records.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems and technology.\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and support the goals of leadership and the organization.\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position.\nFrequently required to move throughout the facility.\nRegularly operate equipment and handle print materials as appropriate.\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nPrevious experience in the print industry or a related field.\nExperience in customer relations and leading others to achieve their best performance.\nStrong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage others individually or in a team setting.\nExperience in adapting to new technology.\nDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $19-22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
