This position is a liaison between field customer service representatives and production operations.\nWork Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nReview order specifications provided from sales/customer service/customer\nCommunicate via voice and email to ensure orders are processed correctly\nResolve order discrepancies with sales/customer service/customer\nEnsure high level of accuracy for all data and information provided to Manufacturing\nData Entry in Star, Tops, and local ERP system\nGenerate and prepare production work orders for manufacturing floor\nWork closely with front office, manufacturing, and shipping personnel\nManage and file all documentation\nPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned\nYour Shift: 10:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday\nYou Must Have:\nGood computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs\nAbility to work in a face paced environment\nAbility to read and interpret work orders and instructions and interpret numerical data\nApply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions\nMicrosoft Applications: Outlook, Access, Word, Excel\n Requirements within this position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position. \nConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials. \nFrequently required to move inside the facility.\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nRelated/relevant experience to position preferred\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
