It’s time to look at Taylor.\nYour Opportunity:\nTaylor Corporation is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the coordination and accuracy of production orders. This role works closely with sales, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure information is correct and jobs move smoothly through the production process.\nWork Authorization:\nTo be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.\nYour Responsibilities:\nReview order specifications provided by sales, customer service, and customers\nCommunicate by phone and email to ensure orders are processed correctly\nResolve order discrepancies with sales, customer service, and customers\nEnsure accurate information is provided to manufacturing\nEnter and maintain information in internal data management systems\nGenerate and prepare production work orders for the manufacturing floor\nWork closely with office, manufacturing, and shipping teams\nMaintain and file required documentation\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned\nYour Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM\nYOu Must Have:\nGood computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software programs\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to read and interpret work orders, instructions, and numerical data\nAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructions\nExperience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel\nRequirements Within This Position:\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand\nRegularly required to remain in a stationary position\nFrequently required to move inside the facility\nRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)\nWe Would Also Prefer:\nRelated or relevant experience\nAbout Taylor Corporation\nOne of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
